Nannies are professional caregivers who are responsible for providing excellent child care, performing child related tasks and upkeep of child care areas of the home.  

Travel Nannies are professional caregivers who travel with families for up to 12 weeks at a time to locations all over the country and the world, providing a high standard of care for children whether it be on a tour bus, in a hotel or in a rental property while the family travels for work or recreation.

Household Assistants (also known as nanny managers) are an integral part of making sure that the household runs smoothly by providing excellent child care, as well as management of the home (including management of household staff, organizing household schedules, planning trips and other services as requested by families).

Newborn Care Specialists provide excellent care for new babies, as well as support families during the transition of welcoming in a new member of the family.  They generally undergo specialized training in the field to be able to provide this exceptional care. These specialized caregivers often provide overnight care, working in 12 or 24 hour shifts during baby's first year of life.  

• Must be 21+ years old
• Must have a demonstrated passion for providing excellent child care 
• Must be able to provide 2+ excellent references related to the role you are applying for
• Must be able to provide 2+ excellent personal character references
• Must have at least 2+ years of professional child care experience
• Must have certification, if applying for Newborn Caregiver Specialist position
• Must be able to make at least a 1 year commitment, unless applying for a temporary position
• Must be willing to go through extensive background checking
• Must be eligible to work in the US

We ask all interested candidates who meet our requirements to fill out our in-depth application that gives us a good insight into what you are searching for, then we schedule a 30 minute zoom (or FaceTime) call so that we may truly get a better idea of who you are as a person and the qualifications you bring to the table.  Once you have successfully completed the agency interview, we work with you to pull together a comprehensive profile that accurately represents you to present to future families.  We will reach out when we have families that we feel will be a good match for you and we email our newest jobs out to all candidates as they come in - let us know if there's a job that you're interested in!  We then do all of the coordinating to set up video interviews and paid trials (lasting 1-4 days on average) for you with families that express interest in connecting.  We are always here to answer any questions or field any concerns you may have and we strive to provide the best experience possible! 

We advocate for our caregivers to be paid at rates that are commensurate with their experience, education and skill level.  

• $20/hr minimum for nannies (going rate, depending on the area, is between $20-35+/hr with higher rates generally reserved for positions with additional expectations such as household management/personal assistant tasks and/or caregivers with exceptional levels of experience and/or education)

• $22/hr minimum for specialized travel nannies (travel nannies are also required to be compensated for a minimum number of hours per day of travel, as well as receive a flat fee for each overnight of travel that child care is not required - or hourly pay if child care is required through the night)

• $25/hr minimum for Newborn Care Specialists (general going rate is $25-40+/hr)
